How do I book a session?

Booking a session is easy! Simply fill out the contact form on my website or send me an email with your desired session type (Family, Senior, or Newborn), preferred date, and any questions you might have. Once we confirm the details, I’ll send you a booking agreement and an invoice for a deposit to secure your spot.

When is the best time to book a family session?

For family sessions, I recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons like holidays or spring/summer. I can accommodate last-minute bookings, but it's always best to plan ahead.

When should I schedule my newborn session?

Newborn sessions are best scheduled within the first 7-14 days of your baby’s life. This is when babies are still very sleepy and flexible for those adorable, curled-up poses. I recommend booking your session during your pregnancy to ensure availability, but I can also accommodate last-minute bookings if needed.

What should we wear to the session?

For family sessions, I suggest coordinating outfits rather than matching them exactly. Neutral tones and soft colors work best, but feel free to bring in a pop of color or texture for interest. For newborn sessions, I provide wraps, hats, and props, but feel free to bring personal items or outfits for your baby. Senior sessions can be tailored to your style, so feel free to bring multiple outfit options to reflect your personality and interests!

Can we include extended family or pets in the session?

Yes, absolutely! Extended family members can be added for an additional fee, and I love capturing pets in family sessions as well. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

Life happens! If you need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, please notify me as soon as possible. We will work together to find a new date that fits your schedule. Keep in mind that reschedules due to weather are no problem, and I’ll make sure we pick the best conditions for your session.

Do you provide prints or albums?

Yes! While all of my sessions include digital images, I also offer high-quality prints, canvases, and custom-designed albums. You can view pricing and order directly through your online gallery, or feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss options in more detail.

Are travel fees applicable?

Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of my studio. Fees will be communicated upfront, and I try to keep travel costs as minimal as possible.

How do I pay for the session?

I require a non-refundable deposit to book your session, which is typically $100. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or other methods available.
