I'm Sherri

Hi there! I’m Sherri, the creative soul behind Sherri Lynn Photography. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for capturing life’s most beautiful moments and turning them into cherished memories. With over 15 years of professional photography experience, I specialize in telling stories through my lens—whether it’s the magic of a wedding day, the excitement of a sports event, or the joy of a family gathering.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll often find me spending time with my fur baby, Vito. He’s a 4-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer and Lab mix with an endless supply of energy and love. He’s my constant companion and one of the best models I’ve ever had.

I’m also a proud Disney adult and an annual passholder. There’s just something about the magic of Disney that keeps my heart full and my imagination alive.

I’ve even had the incredible honor of performing as a dancer in Disney parades on Main Street, U.S.A., in Magic Kingdom with my dance team, Dance the Magic. Dancing has been a lifelong passion of mine, and being part of the magic at Disney was a dream come true!

I’m lucky to share my life with my partner Josh, and his 2 beautiful children, who have been by my side for almost 10 years. He’s my biggest supporter and the one who keeps me grounded through life’s adventures.

Photography isn't just a profession; it's my lifelong passion. Over the past six years, I've refined my craft under the guidance of esteemed mentors, including photographers affiliated with the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints.
